Most will go to endorsement, then marks, and then onto sea time with most rates if two Pri 5's are asking for the same position.

Although other things come into play, the most common deliniator is PERFORMANCE. This of course is measured primarily through evals. Other things, like say your COMPITENCIES, also help describe your performance.

Good luck on that one. I was EKMS Manager for 4 years and if you look at my compentencies it's not there. Go figure. And yes I hounded my administrators to try to get it fixed before I transfered here.

And you're one of the best EKMS managers out there. As long as you have your course completion letter, a copy of which should still be in the chron file at cams anyway, getting it entered into DA shouldn't be a problem. "Should" that is...

MC,

Are you trying to horn in on my Dipstick?

I don't know who decided to send him to us, but, D*mn, that was a good decision.

DS;
Gather up your stuff, the Comp dictionary page and take it to the SPO. If they don't get it in, talk to the Chief. COMPs are important and they need to be entered.
