First off, I have seen your post on the Mutual board. You are saying you are an OS2 on the CGC Northland. I am the OS1 on the CGC Northland and NONE of my guys or gal posted this, plus they are transfering/making 1st class or already shifted over to IS2..... So i am to assume that you are one of thier replacements this coming transfer season and you are looking NOT to come to Portsmouth.

Secondly, if you are trying to do this; it would be in your best interest to contact me ASAP and advise me of your situation.

Gary - I am sure you planned on this, but don't forget to discuss the minimum time requirement aboard a new unit before a mutual can be approved.

Rgr on that mc...
That's exactly what i was going to discuss.
According to his post, shows he not actually trying to get a mutua, but something else . Not sure what that "something else" ...only time will tell. I just hope his current supervisors have discussed this with him already.

Just doesnt show a positive light on himself when he doesnt contact his new upcoming command on these type issues prior to posting.

Well i got ahold of the young guy. Apparently its a transfer/end of AY08/making 2nd class issue all at the same time issue.

Now that i now what it is, i do understand why he has placed a posting, yet i did discuss with him the concerns in letting all commands aware of future postings.
