This is sheer corporate welfare, yeah lets share it with everyone so people can see exactly what an overpriced non capable system we have. Just so some rich neo cons and their office boys can get nostalgic for Ronnie's SDI days and exclaim exaclty what? That we can nuke others and not worry about MADD because we can shoot down retalitory strikes--nice idea BUT the system is like the neocons, overpriced, oversold, and wholly useless.
