Sounds like a case of treason to me sir. If an individual chooses not to support our military, our country, and makes a decision to interfer or hinder the lives of our comrades, that makes the individual an enemy of the state. Obviously more than just a civil case. It has to be brought forth as a criminal offense of a very high degree. A minimum of imprisonment in a Federal Penitentiary, since the crime was committed against a United States Government employee. Treason of course will probably result in Capital Punishment if convicted on a not guilty plea. There will be no mercy.
