North's Ghostwriters are clearly worried as they foam at mouth about everything, the fear mongering shotgun approach is truly revealing.

For one, the triumvarite of Ari Fleischer, Dan Bartlett (former Rove employee), and Karl Rove are spinning forth that McClellan has lost it or stabbed the President in the back? Preposterous. Rove is the Brutus, for he and Libby lied to McClellan and denied involvement in outing Plame. They spun the wrong guy. Additionally, Ari should reveal his board membership on the Republican Jewish Coalition and most recently his founding and serving as the spokesperson for "Freedom's Watch" another conduit for neo con propaganda, and more importantly Ari should describe his immunity deal with Fitzpatrick over the Plame/Libby investigation--Ari participated in spinning forth on Ambassador Wilson because Wilson's statement directly undermined as McClellan has stated, the shading of truth to sell the war to the public. Ari outed Plame just like Libby but he got a deal, Libby didn't, so it's just typical disingenuous Fleischer and his posse who are at their old game, except the American public have wised up.

As for Iran, read the CIA's NIE, it contradicts the spin of the neocons, the bottom line, Mutually Assured Destruction (MAAD) still applies.

1. To deflect criticism for McClellan's Book(which is full of the ugly truth, truly)and... 2. To claim that his own media parents are NOT the MSM.

All anyone has to do is look and listen, as MOST of the now 5 main media-outlets, which are controlled and owned by CONSERVATIVES, are constantly trying to persuade us that thy are NOT in charge of the news we all read.

Scott McClellan, like so many others, albeit far too late, finally decides to come clean on the obvious: this president and his administration (including creeps like Rumsfeld, Feith, Wolfie (especially Wolfie), Cheney, Adelman, etc, all conspired to obscure the truth, purposely fail to plan for the aftermath of the Iraq invasion (thereby compromising the faith and success of the very veterens that you claim to support), and in the process commit TREASON while doing so (something you also share in common). And then there is the issue of this administration torturing it's prisoners (while claiming not to - remember Ollie, we executed a large number of WW2 adversaries commanders for allowing the same torture methods this administration uses today).

Ollie's a self-aggrandizing idiot who dealt with the Iranians and sold them arms and violated assorted statutes, and the only reason he doesn't have a felony record is because he was granted immunity from accountability for his crimes by the Congress in exchange for his testimony. Sorry, but I was responding to HIS quote, from HIS article, not my own. Get It? Gosh, I sure hope so... actually I could care less.

I think that the Muslum nations are actively ingaging us in the mother of all battles right now. They know that to defeat us on the battlefield would lead to their distruction. They have found away to destroy us from within, By controling the price of oil, you can defeat us by desroying our ecomomy. Their plan is working TAKE A LOOK AROUND.

That works BOTH ways, and new stats have shown a nationwide cutback in our use of their oil, which at some point MUST mean they will feel it, hard. After all, we still guzzle more gasoline than any other nation 5 times over again.

But maybe by that time, we will have put several far-reaching and important new programs in place to become independent of their(OPECS) black gold, and they will be begging us to come back and buy more. The world is awash on crude oil. They are simply ripping us for as much as they can get before we stop buying their shi-t.

I just hope that we have the patience as a people to continue to CUT BACK on usage, at least for 3 to 4 years.

And quite frankly, our economy was almost tanking without any push from Big Oil, thanks to the current administration's years of economic folly and NO planning for the future, except where WAR is concerned, that is.

I really like reading Oliver North's opinions and the responses. Ollie is doing well. Lots of people reading his columns.
When I read some of the responses, it sort of reminds me how you can tease a dog with its tail, and then watch him chase it.
Poor ole Joe Galloway is not getting much love...only one response on a two week old editorial. What's up with that? Shouldn't birds of a feather flock together? You don't think that maybe more and more people don't GAF what Joe thinks?
News has become the current means to sway opinions and create perceptions favorable to the mind set of a mostly liberal media. It should not be called "News" anymore. It should be simple called "BS". The term "News" should be reserved for actually fact-based articles that provide a balanced account of information. In todays world, it would be an extreme rarity. If you find some, keep it for future generations to marvel at and as a hot item for collectors.
