Another Update: If you are new to this thread, read it all before you jump to conclusions. Big Grin We have learned a lot, since this thread was started. But I'm leaving it all, just for grins.

First, it's not necessary to address me or anyone as "sir" or "Mr". Mike or ips is ok.

Second, There is a NEW button, for starting "new" threads. Don't just tack some giberish onto a thread, just because you don't know how to start a new thread.

Third, I have asked you several questions about some strange comments you have made. My email was for you to explain them.

Question:

1) You said this in one post:

"I just received my officer's package from the Marines addressed to "Lucifer" Borton. No Joke. I have been searching for you for a LONG time. You have no idea the depths I've been to.(Five psych wards) If you go to Hell, I will f*cking come down there and get you. With deep respect to those who know combat,"

What does all of that mean? Officers package? Searching for who? What are you babbling about?

2) You said:

" Pat Tillman and I are at work. I read an account that they were giving him CPR when the remains of his skull were on the Deck. DO NOT GIVE UP!!!"

What's the point of that?

3) You said,

"I believe you are a nightmare, I'm a little fish in a big ocean. But then I go off my meds and remember how you suckled your moms breasts as an infant. Bring it on GySgt."

4) You said,

"I have been poofed and returned."

When I brought up "poofed" I was referring to him being suspended and removed. Are you suggesting you were also?

You post, post after post, of seemingly nonsense, in threads where those comments 1) don't make any sense and 2) aren't applicable to the thread. This raises flags.

If you are a Marine, I suggest you start by telling us a little bit about yourself, in the Corps; not about your bipolar condition. We want to know you as a Marine before we know you as a flake. Wink

Update: Subject change. Big Grin

Mike,

Let me humbly reintroduce myself. I was at my father's funeral home (going to college) in Apr. of 2001 when I read about the Chinese Spy plane incident. I called a Marine Recruiter thinking we were going to war with China. I asked for infantry but was told I would have to wait until Aug. so I went with Motor T. Let me wait for a response before I continue.

That is not an introduction. That is another raving. And introduction is one where you tell us about your time in the Corps.

I don't give two hoots about these rants. I want you to answer the questions above, about your postings (ravings).

Methinks his BHG has been severely impacted by the massive overusage of Renyolds-made Stetsons...
Either that, or his BHG threads have been stripped by crossthreading and lack of an O-ring.
We've got a live one.

I think he has mistaken Motor T with the short bus which makes me wonder if he also confused bi polar with massive dillusions.

Yeah, I know. He has said that. The point of this is not to diagnose or verify his condition. The point is to find out if he is a Marine.

He doesn't seem to have any difficulty communicating in a lucid manner, when it suits him. His post right above is an example. I'm not sure it makes any sense but it's lucid and communicating. And his emails to me aren't rants or incoherent speech.

But he has made 10 or 15 recent posts that don't seem to have anything to do with anything and every question is ignored. All he says is he is a Marine and in Motor T. That's it.

So I believe I began boot camp on June 5th 2001. I believe I graduated May 31st 2001 when SSGT Tillman gave me my Eagle, Globe, and Anchor. Sgt. Johnston was a green belt and SDI SSGT Catalan told us he was a sniper. I went to MOS school in MO and was stationed in Arlington Nov. 2001. My last day was in May of 2004 and I flew to Africa. Went through Egypt, then Ethiopia, and finally Kenya. After leaving Kenya, I went to Normandy for the 60th anniversary of D-Day.

If you take your life at once aside

Then remove yourself from the cast

You will find the ship of fools steams on- regardless......

Leaving you free to sail on past.

It is regressive bootcamp for the top "10%'ers", you graduate "before" you begin..

I was stationed in Arlington, Va. in November of 2001. I roomed with Earnest Ryan Montgomery for a year and a half. We did mail runs to Quantico, drove Generals and other officers, and did all kinds of things. MSGT Gary House was in charge of me. GySgt Stephanie McBride was second in command. I was working as Motor Transport Coordinator when General Peter Pace came to the office I was working in. He shook my hand and gave me a commemorative dog tag that is one of my most prized possessions. I could give you all kinds of names Mike but I'm not good with dates.

Honestly, none of this means anything, in terms of showing you are a Marine. There are lots of people in Arlington, Quantico or the pentagon that can name names.

1) Why don't you answer the questions, in my first post above?

2) What was your platoon number in bootcamp?
3) What was your MOS number?
4) What was the title to go with that MOS?
5) Where specifically was your MOS training and how long was it?
6) What was the unit/number you were with?
7) Did you spend your entire 3 years there?

It's only been 3+ years since you got out. SURELY you still have some of that paperwork or a DD-214, to refer to.

You also mentioned Pat Tillman in one post and told me by email that you had a "dream" you met him. Then, interestingly enough a different Tillman gave you your EGA. AND, you have ignored all of my questions.

I'm cutting you a ton of slack because you could be a Marine with a medical condition. But I'm not going to be waltzed around the dance floor much longer.
