Hello Marines

My roommate is a newly commissioned officer and we are trying to figure out a few things about the Dress Blue-White Uniform. He wants to wear the sword on his Sam-Brown Belt and it seems to be hanging too low. If anyone knows any info or how I can get a hold of Regs for wearing the uniform, please let me know. Thanks!

If he hasn't received any sort of instruction on how to wear or carry the sword, I'd recommend he doesn't wear it.

Interesting how a newly commissioned officer doesn't know how to wear the sword or (better yet) where to look to research that info.

Interesting how you identify yourself as a Marine but also appear to be at a loss to know where to find this info.

So my choice is to ponder this issue or go get a cup of coffee....later...coffee wins.

Well, we don't get any classes on sword manual until the last couple of weeks at TBS. The fact that he didn't look up the info. on his own probably just means he's lazy.
