Good day to all of ya,
I am a Marine stationed in MCAS Miramar. I am a cpl in the 3531 field and I want to become a Recon Marine. I am dead serious about this and I have the PMA to go with it. I am a good Marine, and I have the heart to be part of the team. Im trying to go into Recon using the new instructions in MarAdmin 417/07. I am married with 2 kids, very supportive family. I would please like any and all information that can help me. My RELM sheet is getting approved by the XO and CO at this time. I do not want to fail, and I will not let myself fail in becoming a Recon Marine. Any help, tips, pointers will be greatly appreciated. I was told that RSE is what BRC was before, can someone explain that to me also.

P.S. If you see a post by Deep Recon, at the bottom there is link to his site. He is very professional and has much knowledge about Recon.

You may also want to head over to the Squadbay (sorry I do not have the link) and look up Josepy. He has a ton of info also.

No - I said you locked the Marine Recon thread in the wannabee forum.

I thought the OP deleted this thread. He put the same post in the Marine Recon thread. I don't think the OP even knows this thread is here.

The OP and I exchanged a few posts in the Marine Recon thread in the wannabee forum before the thread got locked.

If the OP does see this, my response to his last questions is to call BRC and talk to one of the staff there.
