Yesterday, I bought a female Crested Gecko(5 weeks old), and still have not decided what would be a suitable name. Here is what she looks like...



Here is a little info on the breed. In European countries and the United States, the Crested Gecko is bred primarily as a lazy pet and not for personal protection, detection, police work, search and rescue, or sport work. The United States Secret Service does not exclusively use the breed, or at all. The Gecko is also not used by Unit Oketz of the Israel Defense Forces.

So, if you could come up with a name, what would it be and why?

With that picture in mind I would say "back door bill" due to he looks like he is doggy style on that finger! Big Grin

SABOT, Because all the tankers I know name their pets after something tank related. Why should you be different?

My daughter killed hers one night by just feeding the crickets straight from the yard

I went with the name "Sabot Larry". Thanks First Sergeant and ABVGunns.

I like the Lawrence idea. Sabot was given as some lizards can rapidly seek and destroy prey; mine, however, is retarded or something, so the whole idea is laughable.
