To go into an intel MOS, especially CI, you will have to be eligible for a TS clearance. Even though you have attained your citizenship, in order to get a TS your immediate family members must also be U.S. citizens. While I have seen a few examples of a Marine who has an immediate family member who is not a U.S. citizen receive a TS/SCI clearance, it is not done very often.

Have you taken the DLPT's for the languages that you know (especially Farsi)? If you have a secondary MOS of interpreter you might at least have a chance of being pulled to be an augment to a ground unit.

Your best bet is to talk to someone in your S-2 shop and see what information they can give you.

Good luck.
