The strangeRanger, is the guy that comes to the fleet still in shock, moves in slow motion,and when told to do something looks at you like you are a foreigner.
He usually comes in and leaves in the same manner. In fact the concept of 93 and a wakeup but only its like 4 years and a wake up.
