No disrespect was intended with the lady Marine remark.

I have spent a career dealing with Marines as Marines...male or female. I task and expect all to accomplish their mission. If physical limitations hamper that then I expect them to figure a way to work around it. Male or Female. There are things that I can no longer do due to age, physical difficulties, etc... I figure a way to work around them or ask for help.

Again..not meaning to bash on you or anyone else...Just sparking some conversation...
