Really? No 68x's here? I hear about some mos's that are good for career advancement, and others are very difficult to move up. Does anyone here know if 68x is good or bad in this regard? Please advise. Thank you.
It depends on your question. Advance in what way?? Rank? Education? I am a 68X, I loved the job since I am passionate about the Mental Health field. Advancing rank depends on your time and time in grade, you can check charts on that. I applied for green to gold and got it. While some of my fellow 68X became SGTs I went back to school with all paid and I am becoming a counselor and a 2LT. So it all depends on you really.
