I am a disabled veteran (Vietnam and Desert Strom) who has limited cash to travel, but want to start getting out more with my wife. When I check out military offers its cheaper to take advantage of other offers. Are there any solutions to this issue?

Many Veteran's organizations such as the American Legion & VFW offer discounts on travel, lodging, restaurants and vacation packages which might me very helpful to you.

Also do a Google or Yahoo search for "veterans travel discounts, a/o time share rentals for vets and active/reserve components.

We absolutely love the Shades of Green Resort located right in Walt Disney World for military personnel and vets. It is a beautiful resort across the street from the WDW Polynisian Resort, and they have one of the best golf courses anywhere!
