We found the best last minute hotel rates available and they have them all the time so you can wait until last second before booking your rooms to save. Plus on some islands, they have condos available with full kitchens and fold out couches so you can share with other families to save even more. You HAVE to book these ONLINE to get the rates. Basically it is the Castle Resorts HOT iDEALS, HOT DEALS, (then some seasonal specials too). The best thing to do is follow them on Facebook or Twitter because they post them there right as they are released. We just got a room for $57 in Waikiki!
