My dad was 11 yrs in the Army and was discharged with either 20 or 30% disability. In March 2003 he passed away and my mom was not entitled to his benefits or so she was told. Is this correct? For some reason I always beleived she was entitled to continue this benefit after his death. She has not remarried.

1. Could you ask all your questions in one topic.

2. You might try Veterans issues where we have a lot more people answering. I check here every day or so.
