How come there is no dental or eyecare for 100% disabled veterans spouses?

Optical and Dental coverage are very different than medical. Both of those plans are really a pre-paid service plan, versus a true insurance plan,. Most of the services you are expected to use - eye exam and glasses every other years, teeth cleaning twice a year. They are more concerned with major health issues. Only 100% P & T receive this benefit. The decision was to only offer medical insurance.
