We will find out some terrorist has pulled one over on the Old US of A, and already have a nuke in place or some Bio-chem to use. It really wouldn't be hard for some raghead to have a nuke missle on a cargo ship and fire it once it comes in range.Even possible to bring in a nuke part by part across the Mexican border and hide it in one of our larger cities.
