Actually, I have read that the Kiwis want to disband their Navy all together and rely on treaties to protect their shores.

Yes, they were against all nuclear issues but wouldn't accept the USN "neither confirm nor deny the pressence of nuclear weapons" policy. Accordingly, they banned port visits.

Hey, I loved New Zealand when I was there (6 times thank you). They've just become too liberal - like Canada. Razz

No One....just yourself, but what are you really? Did your parents come from Germany? England? Spain? Russia? etc.... Who are we really fighting, our own families all over the globe. You can count on the Native American Indians. They are the best. I should know, my dad was in your Army in WW2 and was a pretty important person. Remember your roots, and then hopefully they will remember their children, who long ago left a Country and started the USA. Thanks Mom and Dad.

Where does Pakistan rate on the friendly/unfriendly list? How could Pak be forgotten from the list? Big Grin And Saudi Arabia too.

Maybe Turkey wouldn't be happy with a war...refugees crossing the border into their place ( heck, who likes refugees? As Jay Leno would joke, a country may not want "boat people" but they'd certainly take "yacht people" )....adjustment to that 95%?

Major test of that rating of the Phillipines would be if Al-Queda forces there commit something big; Philipino govt. would be asked to allow American forces back in, maybe get asked to provide assisting forces.

I'll give them a 50% rating for now...at least they aren't vocally condemning us at the UN...plus, they appear to be helping within the Afghanistan border area, but its hard to tell if that's just a smoke and mirror show.

Updated List...

100%s
UK
Australia
Spain
Italy
Poland
Bulgaria
Denmark
Kuwait
Taiwan

95%s
Japan
Portugal
Hungary

The 3 Baltic States (Lit, Lat & Estn)
Romania
Slovakia
Slovenia

"Actually, I have read that the Kiwis want to disband their Navy all together and rely on treaties to protect their shores."

Not true....

Yes, they were against all nuclear issues but wouldn't accept the USN "neither confirm nor deny the pressence of nuclear weapons" policy. Accordingly, they banned port visits.

As is the right of NZ.

"Hey, I loved New Zealand when I was there (6 times thank you). They've just become too liberal - like Canada".

Glad you enjoyed yourself...but the bottomline is that NZ has put NZers in harms way.....in support of the US

They should combine their armed forces, since neither can suffiently support one on their own.

Canada could send half of its fighter aircraft (along with support, etc) to NZ and the Kiwis could send half of their surface ships to Canada.

Match made in heaven.

Cool

Also, The Ukraine has an anti-chemical weapons team ready to deploy in Kuwait.

I believe Taiwan does back the USA somewhat. Not so sure they would be joining in even if they could though. At least they are trying to make a buck off the war though...see the new candy being made in Taiwan below....

they should stay on the 100% list becuase they rely on our clot and their military kicks butt(rember all the arabian vs. isreal wars) the only thing that is wrong is their is not enough of them also they have god intel wich we need they have one agency not a whole bunch that are divided. and also astrlia and brits should stay but i think that the 100% list should bump to 99.99% loyal since no country is 100% backing all of america.

I think it's time to consider removing Kuwait from the 100% club.

In the Intel and Rumours section:
World Tribune article at: <A HREF="http://216.26.163.62/2003/me_gulf_07_03.html" TARGET=_blank>http://216.26.163.62/2003/me_gulf_07_03.html[/URL]

"Kuwait can't be part of the U.S. plan to dismantle Hamas," a Kuwaiti diplomat said. "It's not in our interest."

What percentage would they now fall under? I doubt that quote renews their membership to the 100% list.

Poland should be up there.

UK probably 100% in most forseeable militarily events, but we've criticisms with the US on a number of other issues eg Kyoto, Steel tarrifs etc.

The reason why other countries and communist countries dislike the USA is because of JEALOUSY. "The grass always look greener on the other side."
The USA is like the person in high school or college who sticks up for the geek getting picked on and ends up starting more problems for themselves because the geek can not stick up for themselves or others.
After reading the news on military.com I can not wait till I get sent to war. The little Fuc*ers are killing my fellow Americans but shouting them in the head up close.
Americans we are by ourselves honestly who can we trust besides our selves. I do not think that Israel or any of the European countries will back us at all most of the countries think we started the war so they wont help. Frown

Regarding China/Israel

I assume the US had some military support deals with the chicoms, during the cold war with Soviet.
During the 70-80ies. So if israel sell some indigenous products, so what.

I think Israel belongs to the 100% list. Israel have had problems with US policy also during wartimes, like not getting all satelliteimages it needed, only restricted to the nearmost areas. that´s why Israel now have such capability itself.

Poland, the NL's, and Denmark & Norway, seems to be the frontrunners in Europe after the UK.

We go to other countiers and fight. We can even get the US people to support us 100%. Just look at the Dick Chicks thank god I did not buy a piece of their music. When we have other people that don't stand by our military why would another country. The only country that would back us the most England and then Israle. Heck with Korea they could handle their own country with out our help. They protest us being there. The French screw them should have let Hitler screw them for a few more years. They can fight but them Frogs can jump. LOL Cool
