Probably not, we have Muslim radicals all around us now.
In the last 63 years we haven't rounded up Koreans, Vietnamese, Iranians, Grenadians, Panamanians, Iraqis, Somalians, Afghanis, or any people living in the US from any other nation our country has had some sort of conflicts with. Doing it to the Japanese in WW2 was a reaction of fear which the govt has admitted was wrong. Even after 9-11 we didn't round up all the Muslims and put them in camps. Quit beating a dead horse.
Exactly mj101inf, but don't forget Russians, Germans, Spanish, English, Italians, and everyone else that didn't get rounded up. The only example is the Japanese and that was only because everyone had the crap scared out of them from Pearl Harbor. There was fear that the Japanese nationalism would compel them to spy and sabotage.
But even around WWI and WWII, after Germans were found to have spied and sabotaged, they weren't even rounded up. This is a fairly naive question. A better question is what happens to the Americans in the other country.

We will have a huge civil war, black vs white vs latino vs asian.... Nothing is going to happen if we go to war with Vietnam. I would actually support it.
Know who gives Mexican-Americans the biggest hassle? toughest time? most harassment? Mexicans in Mexico. They regard Mexican-Americans no different than white-skinned g r i n g o s. Same goes for Africans and their attitudes towards American Blacks who claim to be African-American. Can't speak for Chinese-Americans; however, if it's similar to other Asian cultures, there's a point of no-forgiveness whenever one either marries someone not of the same culture as well as when they leave the homeland.
On the flip side, I'm sure there are those who feel they have some measure of obligation to their ancestral homeland. But this isn't the same as collaborating with the security services of the foreign country. In other words, if we were to go to war against Mexico, and gang-bangers in LA (yeah, stretching here) felt compelled to commit terrorist acts on behalf of their brothers and sisters south of the border, it would be not be because of anything related to Mexico or its government. It would be the result of some misplaced loyalty/devotion because of an individual belief and NOT a group belief.
Contrary to what others have said in here, the diversity some have criticized has diluted the ethnic loyalties rather than polarized them.
