Of course they are up to something. Let us not forget what they have done to us historically. Remember the Cambridge Five who worked within the UK government and one was a personal advisor to the Queen and she knew about them giving US sensitive information to the USSR, selling us out. Before that, there was the Zimmerman Telegraph which was illegally intercepted and underhandedly exposed to the people through the media to get us involved in their war. We also fought two wars the Revolutionary War and the War of 1812 to expel them from US-lands. We also helped displace them as a superpower with the decolonization. They have also economically blackmailed us into doing what they wanted (by threatening to sell of thier portion of the US Dollar). They are tough and resilient brits who have a strong military power and have been deceiving people for many years and they are doing it to us right now by pretending to be our ally and "standing shoulder-to-shouder" with us in Iraq, when, recent reports have indicated that the insurgent IED bombs were made and sold by the British.
