My enlistment qualify me for it however I never took calc or trig back in High School. So I was wondering what my chances are of making it through the program without that prior knowledge?

Algebra is the only requiement on the enlisted side. That's really all you need, they'll teach you the rest. Only way it will be an issue is if you aren't willing to work to learn what you need.
