Hi I am currently a college student who is considering joining the reserves. I know all these might depend on rate, unit etc but in answers to the best of your knowelge will be greatly appreciated. My first question is if after college if I want will I be able to transfer to active duty or go officer easily? Second, what is the likelyness that I will be deployed... I would like to be deployed at some point. Third, will I be able to volunteer for deployments if I want to? Finnaly, if I do get deployed will I get to go overseas or will I most likely stay in the states?
