I'm about to enlist and want to make sure I'm fully conditioned to pass all the PT tests. Can someone please let me know what are the current requirements for push ups, sit ups, pull ups, 1.5 mile run and anything else I will be tested on? I was also told that the requirements are different depending on age, such as someone 18 would have to do 40 push ups and someone say over 25 would have to do 35. Is that true?
