It is a basic screening, they check for any major concerns like if wisdom teeth will be a factor, cavaties and so forth. If you already have fillings you are not going to be DQ just for fillings. Thw whole "metal" thing goes more towards bones and major surgery stuff...not dental fillings.
They'll evaluate you and place you in a dental "class" based on how they are. It determines all your priority for dental work (trust me, there will be people with messed up mouths there). Any fillings you need wil be done, and they will determine if or when they're pulling your wisdom teeth.
