We went to the one in Mytrle Beach SC. Not only would they not issue a military discount, but the desk staff was very rude and any America Insigns we saw on their staff carts were half torn up and almost brown n color.

Will never go back to this one.

I believe when it comes to KOA's since they are privately owned, it is best to call. I went to the one in Carslbad and they honored military discount. The reservation did have to be called in, as the online registration does not offer an option for a military discount.

I have only been to one KOA in my entire life and I was very impressed. Not with the price as it was well more than a hotel, however with the overall cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.
