The 15% Discount is a Ripoff; most items do not qualify for the discount.
Another "Great Deal" for us Troops.

I'm not sure what you were looking at, but I have ordered from 1800 Flowers with the discount successfully, maybe about four months ago.

I've gotten the discount too - however everytime I've received flowers from my husband from this comp. the quality is very poor. I've had replacement flowers deliverd on 4 seperate orders because the floweres were either dead - brown/wilty or barely budding. For the money that's spent on them the quality needs to be 100% better in my opinion.

I just received a picture in the mail from my mama who got flowers from us on Christmas Eve. They were GORGEOUS!!! AND I got a discount.
I've NEVER had a single problem with them in the last 10 years that I've sent flowers.

Yes there can be problems but it can be the florist, the flowers they have, or something else. So you can't necessarily blame 1-800-Flowers

My only experience from 1800Flowers was for my birthday the first year me and hubby were together.

The order never came...something about the order got lost, yada yada. Anyway, they replaced them and then resubmitted the original order. So, I would up with 2 dozen roses for the price of one.

I think the company over prices some of their things, but they remedied the problem for me. The only downfall was they came a week too late.

If you are a USAA member, you do get 20% off from Teleflora. I believe you have to go to their site through the USAA site to get to the discounted prices (it's a special site for USAA members).
USAA offers some pretty decent discounts.

My favorite is proflowers. I think their prices are good and the flowers are great. If you have an entertainment book you get a discount with them. At least I am getting something out of getting suckered by the school PTO into buying one of those books.

I've use Proflowers as well and have never had a problem.

If I remember correctly, they ask for the nearest flower shop of the person who is receiving them. I gave the name of a flower shop that has been in business for over 30 years so I would trust anything they send.
