We were told that Alltel will give a 15% discount on your monthly bill if you are military, but I cannot find any site to sign up.
Is anyone familiar with this?

On most of the cell phone discounts for military, they will send information to a .mil e-mail address. You will then have to fax in a form, and a copy of your ID. Your best bet may be to just call a branch, or go to one to get the discount forms.

I finally got an Alltel operator who told me that all I had to do was go into my profile in my Alltel account online and change my email address to my military email address and they would automatically enroll me in the Alltel Affinity Program and send me an email. It took a week or two to receive that email but they did finally do it. They will give you 15% of your primary line basic fee.

And, where did you get a "military e-mail" address? Confusing to me!

I believe she's referring to an AKO email address.

any official address ending in .mil is sufficient.
