I had some questions regarding several tents I was considering and their customer service reps were very knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all my questions and advised me on which tent would be the best for my needs. The one they picked was NOT the most expensive of the 3 I had chosen. A great deal and great service. Who could ask for more?
