Despite the fact that the Discount Center list "Eligibility: Active Duty, Veteran, Retiree, Reserve, National Guard, Government Employee, Military Families, Military.com Members" as eligible for the 14.9% discount Tmobile will only honor that for ACTIVE DUTY members. The code 6423MYFAVES did work for reduced price of the headset, etc though

I am a current T-Mobile customer. I called and advised that I work for Homeland Security and the Coast Guard. They never asked if I was active duty (which I am not). I gave my employee ID number and my work email address and the discount was applied while I was on the phone. The representative advised me that the discount was 18%.

Yeah I don't have TMobile but I've never heard of a discount "code" for military discounts - because even if you have the code, there's no way for them to prove you're military. I've always just heard of giving them your .mil email address, and it may require an email, phone call, or visit into a store instead of trying to do it online.

Tmobile says they do not support veterans or retired government employees. What kind of BS is this? It is a fraudulent ad!

I just got the discount! Here is what you have to do:
Call 877-453-8824 (the migration dept)
Ask for the Military.com members discount. It is listed under the name MONSTER WORLDWIDE.
The corporate node is 6547494
You will need to tell them you are a Military.com member and they will ask you for your Military.com login name.
That's it!!!!!!
Enjoy 15% off every monthly bill

This number did work to call and all that I had to give was my AKO address. I had been given the runaround so many times and I am just so glad that it finally worked out. Thanks for the information.

Just contacted T-mobile and had no issues getting the 15% discount. She did ask for my "military.com user name/promotion code"...and I am retired US Army.
