Hello,

I am in serious need for advice due to receiving a positive urinalysis test for marijuana. I
have never in my LIFE used this drug and now I am being investigated like I actually did it.My security clearance has been taken away, and have been reassigned to another work section until the investigation is complete. I have a stellar 9 year career in the Air Force wich is in jeapordy all because the test came back positive, but hav NEVER touched marijuana or anything else in my life so this is very frusturating. Any advice or help or even refferals to other people, law firms or anything would be helpful.

Between Active duty and my civilian profession I have been subjected to urinalysis for 20 years. In that 20 years I have seen several people fail a test that argued they did not smoke pot. Some of those people seemed convincing, some didn't. That being said I can't recall one instance where a person successfully argued that they were innocent. I'm not condemning you personally, I don't know you. From my experience, things don't look good. I hope someone else has a better story.
