I've read other peoples posts about this so I know it may sound slightly redundant but.... I was diagnosed with asthma as a child I've never had to use my inhaler, never had an asthma attack, but I keep it filled since I supposedly have it. Is this going to be a PDQ? It really sucks when it really isn't something I feel like I have. Also, it was before the age of 13 that I was diagnosed.

you could go get retested stating it was chilhood asthma be off meds for a year (this is the doc taking you off not you not taking them) and then go talk to a recuriter and see if they can help you
Most any serious health conditon at any age will be questioned.
You will be disqualifed for the asthama after age 13. You can appeal for a waiver, if you have supporting medical docmumentation that describes your episodes after age 13, and current pulomanary function test in the normal ranges.
Have you been diagnosed after the age of 13 of having asthma? Have you been treated for or medicated after the age of 13 for asthma? If you say yes to either one of these questions, then you cannot join.
