Is a security clearance needed for infantry 11b or 11c? I will probably have to havea waiver to get in and thatwill mean I can't get top secret clearance.

Depends on where you're assigned. I've known grunts (both in the Army and USMC) who both needed and not needed it.

You should be fine for entry without a TS clearence. As the previous poster stated, later in your career you might need one but it should not be a problem for initial entry for Infantry.
