I set up Sprint in Oct 08 & Guam was covered under their America roaming. In May 09 I recieved a bill for over $1200 for roaming charges because they no longer cover Guam. Several other AF & Navy personnel are having the same problem (some bills over $5000). We were not notified of the changes & sprint has cleared some ppl's bills but not all. They will not budge with mine. AND to make it worse, on the bill, the roaming charges are to countries that I NEVER called (Etheopia, Russia, etc..) but the numbers are stateside numbers! I've gone to legal and they are putting together a case with everyone who can't get sprint to settle, but it is going to be a long process. Bottom line: Sprint is screwing over military members!!!
