Tip...
I can see it's wireless, but does it run on batteries or is it solar powered? I understand its graphic capabilities are rather rudimentary. . . ...gjd |

The Treo is the PDA / Phone combo that is currently authorized. There are a few different models out. I have the 700wx. As a PDA, it is great, with "light" versions of all the standard MS office apps. It also syncs up with your SW3 email via the good link software, which is very handy if you travel alot. As a phone it is so-so, being a bit large and unwieldly, with a bad habit of echoing. A bluetooth headset improves this functionality. Ian |

FS.. only problem I see with that phone (treo's in gen) 650, 700 755 (all providers) does not have built in GPS. You have to get an external device if you want to use it for that purpose. Too bad, it would make a nice replacement for a Tom-Tom. I have GPS service on my smaller phone (also from Sprint) and it's worth the 10 bucks. I use TELNAV.

Good luck getting a Treo if you don't travel a LOT or you're not in the right position. The iPAQ is much easier to get as it doesn't require the CG to pay anything extra once it's purchased. I have the iPAQ and it works great, I use it all the time.
