here is a link to a new Canadian CG tv drama. I predict it is a huge hit and last for several years, meanwhile back in the states most americans don't even know about the USCG or think it is voulenteer only.

There was a show featuring USCG SAR missions that came out maybe 10 yrs ago. It might have been called "Coast Guard Rescue" or something like that. It lasted a season or two from what I remember. I thought it was pretty good.

That was a whole lot better than a Customs show that came out about the same time. That was called "Customs Classified". Talk about BORING! The agents took all the glory and the show rarely showed any aircraft or boats.
