Orders in hand for Special Missions Training Center, Camp Lejeune, NC. Warmer weather, here I come!

Received mine today. Also noticed in Peoplesoft that alot of the 1st class billets were no longer on the list (meaning they got orders).

Good Luck...Having had that job 2 years ago, You might as well consider yourself out of rate for the next 4 years. Since you don't fall under the Administrative control of ESU Portsmouth, they will not give you permissions to the Computer System, and the Marine Corps is responsible for the Phone System from DMARC to Desktop. So.....basically you will be a communications equipment property custodian. The good news is that you will have plenty of time to go to school. This unit does do a lot of training that is out of the norm and you can get involved with several aspects of this training (i.e. Role playing). I tried my darndest to get these 2 IT billets reprogrammed but it appears that my efforts were futile.

Funny you mention that! I'll shoot you an e-mail when I get into work tomorrow morning but apparently everything's set to change in the next few weeks there.
