That's right, I saw those billets on the ITC shopping list. What does an ITC do in support of the Presidential Inauguration? What will happen to those billets after Jan 09? Just curious... You're right, hopefully those billets get filled quickly; a one month or less notification can't be fun!

I'm outconus/afloat and haven't heard anything either. My ETC is transfering too and he has rcvd an email, so Mr. Thomas is making headway. I am assuming he is starting with E9 and working his way down. If so then IT1's should be next... maybe. Frown

Wouldn't he have to go through the IT Chiefs and above first, then down?

What I meant was that the Detailer is starting with all E9/E8/E7, both ET and IT, then getting to the IT's at E6, then E5 etc. Since the ETC here has rcvd an email from him, it is safe to assume that he is down to the E7 level. E6 would be next, yes? This is total guess work on my part as I don't know his method...

Not to sound snippy, but I think the point of this thread is that no IT has heard anything, from E4 to E9. Possibly could just be working on the ET side to get them out of the way before digging into the IT's.

Makes sense. I figured he would be going by paygrade, not seperating rate too. I guess whatever makes it easier on him. I know if I was in that position I would take my time and make sure things were falling into place before making things official.

btw: I understand what this thread is for. I was just posting some info like everyone else.

Happy Holidays to everyone from out in the North Pacific. (Two back to back X-Mas' underway... Mad)

The December Force notes are published in CG Central and have an update note from the detailer included.

"Right now, departing members in assignment priorities 1 thru 3 have been slated..."
and
"My hope is to have all departing priority 4 & higher orders issued by Christmas."

WOOOOHOOOO!
God please don't let it be an extension.... Eek

It may take a while longer then Jan.. take a look at the current DEC ET Force notes. The IT/ET Detailer will not be done with the Priority 5 ET's for a couple of weeks.
