Billet messaged is out, Peoplesoft should be accurate. Officaly we can start picking and chosing.
Keep in mind though Message says "It is not recommened to submit you E-Resume prior to 11 Nov." This is because more billets can be added to the list before the end of Oct.
I would wait until it is solid. There is a period where Commands get time to verify the list and challenge anything that needs correcting. The detailer would probably appreciate you all holding off on submitting an e-resume until after that deadline. It is all done by billet priority anyways, not who gets their picks in first.
It's best to keep your name off his "didn't follow the guidelines" list!

I believe the MSG said 23 Oct. I always figured 1st week of Nov was best.
The detailer has publicly stated it's not a first in first out process... eResumes should be in before the deadline - and submitting your eResume as soon as possible doesn't gain you anything...
