It's Ironic that it took someone of Mr Dole's caliber to get results but it's great that he saw the need for the help.Thank God those young Men and Women can now get what they Deserve.

I Hear you: Go fight for your country and if wounded or hurt you have to fight the contry who sent you to fight in thr first place. I think CATC=22 is alive and well within the VA and unless change is made soon with the troops coming home From Iraq they will be so under staffed you might get to see a doctor ever 3rd Birthday.
