I need a bottom line answer if someone out there can help me. I was medically separated at 14 yrs. 7 months. Where do I fit into the CRSC debate? My rating is 60% combat related. If I am not included in this most recent action, is there a process whereby I can apply/appeal with some measure of success?

If you were separated vice retired by the military for disability, then CRSC will not apply as one has to be retired to be eligible for this program.

Were you medically separated or medically retired by the military and when did this occur?
