As a retired member of the Armed Service, I would fall into the catagory of working-age retiree. Although, I am 100% IE from the VA, and can't work. I don't think that it is fair to raise the fees because of your age, they should look into your status or have an option on the form when filing to provide your VA Status. If that was the case, then you would have to show proof at that time that you were in "IE" status and those person's fees should not go up.
