Has anyone run into the issue of a dependent child that turned 23 recently, and no longer eligible for DEERS, yet the guidelines allow the use of education benefits transfer to the age of 26? My dependent has been in college since graduaing from high school.

DEERS and VA Education are two entirely different programs run by different agencies for different purposes.
