It is even more a travesty that I served my country for 20 years, and retired, and I am eligible for NO EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS AT ALL! This is because the Marine Corps failed to advise that I would have to invest in VEAP in order to receive Montgomery GI Bill benefits.
