I fully agree with the transfer of benefits to family members.. this was something most of us "active duty" members were waiting for. BUT, afdter 31 years of service my Daughter is to old to use the benefits. there should be a higher age limit for children of active/retired members.... this was a good thing but they waited to long to endorse it.
