Has anyone out there been returned to duty from TDRL? I just want to know how this is going to work. I was told I will get information in the mail but haven't as of yet. How long after I send my letter back can I expect to be back active duty? Thanks to anyone who can help!
Definitely a frustrating process. I too am dealing with the same ambiguity. I completed my TDRL PEB about a month ago and have still not heard anything yet. The doctor has spoken to me via phone and informed me of their intent.
The doctor did inform me that after they send in their recommendation, that it can in upwards of 3 to 6 months before the PEB makes their final decision.
Now, depending upon the service it can be 6 months but some services are actually quite proactive and have been averaging 2 month turn arounds.
