I guess the frustration of so many vets about what is our entitlement and who is going to get shafted next, the VA needs to put out a survey to Vets on whether they would take the option of receiving a lumpsum and for them to entirely opt out from VA benefits, I would venture to say that if the offer is good, I wonder how many of our vets would accept the offer? Just thought I mentioned this, who know it might be a great discussion to think about, give me your honest opinion.
