The Director of Education needs some, education that is.
The private schools can and will accept and welcome veterans under this bill.
Their presence will have no effect on the schools endowments. Historically veterans do not seek school aid. They avail themselves of federal aid ( pell grants etc.) as weel as their BAH monthly payments
If this Director could assemble a concerned and knowledgeable marketing team of veterans(any marketing guys out there need an job) to explain this to the private schools it's a Home Run for them.
The type of affluent student who would formally have applied to these schools and now because of the recession is flocking to state institutions because of lack of family resources.
Our productive and accomplished veterans make
for a new applicant pool. Does anybody remember
the accomplishments of the WWII guys. Same situation presents itself here.
