I am a Vietnam veteran with a 40% disability for an eye injury . I only have light perception in one eye. I recently was awarded a 10% disability fo Tinitus ,(ringing in the ears) 7 days aweek 24 hours a day ! Due to the disability rating table that 10% did not add up to 50% total and I was not awarded 50% nor did I recieve any compensation ! What's going on VA ?
