I'm a military dependant and lately I have been hearing from alot of people that, as a dependent, I can go to school(basically, for free). Is this true?

If not, does anyone know of any colleges or universities that offer discounts, not only to military spouses, but to the children as well.

And when I turn 18 do I have to be in college to recieve the military benefits?
